How we’ll work together
1. Complete the Brief
Complete a short form to understand your goals, content needs, and design preferences. Following that, we will schedule a call to walk through your needs and propose an approach that is audience-specific and speaks to your needs.
2. Send us your content
Share your copy, images, and any existing assets (like logos or bios). If you need help writing or refining anything, we can support you through our content add-on.
3. Choose a design direction
We’ll show you 3 clean layout options based on your content and brand personality. You’ll choose the one that feels right, and we’ll use that as the foundation for your site.
4. Review your first draft
Within days, you’ll receive a fully functional draft of your website, built on Squarespace and mobile optimized, ready for review.
5. Share feedback and changes
We’ll walk you through the site and collect your feedback. You’ll get a documented round of revisions to make sure it’s exactly how you want it.
6. Final QA and polish
We double-check the design, links, responsiveness, and legal pages (Imprint, Privacy Policy). Everything gets a final polish before we hit publish.
7. Approve and go live
Once you give the green light, we’ll launch your site and hand over access to the website. You’ll also get a guide so you know how to make basic edits or updates yourself.
